- enable your use of the services available on the Online Services;

Where is your personal data stored?
Your personal data will be stored and processed in Ireland and / or the European Economic Area. Your data may be transferred to the UK, or New Zealand, both are countries that the European Commission has deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection.
How long will we keep your data?
We will retain your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in section 2 above “Using your personal information?”. This means that we will keep your personal data for the duration of your Claregolf membership and for a period of time following your membership or subscription ceasing. When determining the relevant retention periods, we consider guidelines issued by relevant data protection authorities, as well as the time periods needed to comply with applicable regulations or laws, to meet regulatory and financial reporting obligations, for tax, accounting and audit purposes, and to fulfil and protect our contractual obligations and rights. We may retain, indefinitely, certain personal data for archiving or statistical purposes. Where we do so we will ensure adequate security and safeguarding measures are in place.

Our website/app may contain links, banners or advertisements to other websites. When you click on such links, banners or advertisements, the privacy policy of the websites/apps to which you are linked to will govern the use of your information collected on such sites/apps. Claregolf does not have access to or control over any technologies or practices that may be used by a third party.
This privacy policy applies solely to the information collected by Claregolf. We encourage our users to read the privacy statement of each and every website after leaving our website through such links/banners to establish how such third-party organisations use your information.
Children
Children should not provide any personal information (including name, email address, phone number or any other information that others could contact them directly) without verifiable parental consent. Claregolf does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for any of our services. In the event that Golf Ireland learns that personal information has been collected without verification of parental consent, the information will be deleted as soon as possible.

You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.
